Savage Arena Public Will Call Location
If you bought tickets and asked for them to be left at Will Call, the tickets will be located at the Savage Arena Ticket Office. You must present a picture ID to receive your tickets. Will Call will open 1.5 hours prior to game time.
Toledo Men's Basketball Player/Recruit Will Call
UT Player Will Call and Recruit Will Call are located on the lower level of the Sullivan Complex, adjacent to the Charlie & Nancy Creech Fitness Center.
Visiting Team Player/High School Coach Will Call
Visiting Team Player Will Call and High School Coach Will Call are located in the Sullivan Complex at the entrance of the concourse on Level 2.
Resale of Game Tickets
Resale of game tickets on University of Toledo property is prohibited. Violators are subject to removal from The University of Toledo property. No solicitation of any kind is permitted in the parking lots or stadium without the permission of the UT Athletic Department.
Gate Information
All gates open 90 minutes prior to tipoff. Fans must enter the Arena via the Charles A. Sullivan Athletic Complex located at the Northwest corner of the building. Suite, Loge, Club and Premium ticket holders with Grogan Room/Rocket Plaza access may elect to use the Rocket Plaza entrance at the southwest corner of Savage Arena adjacent to Parking Area 4.

Accessible Entrances: The east entrance of the Charles A. Sullivan Athletic Complex is the most convenient entrance into the facility for individuals with disabilities. Once inside the Sullivan Complex, an elevator is available to the concourse and suite levels.
Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is located throughout Savage Arena.
Accessible restrooms: Accessible restrooms are located on all levels of the arena. Please note that there are two family style restrooms located on the concourse level.
Assistive Listening Devices: Fans who may need the use of an Assistive Listening device may request one at the Guest Services Booth located in the West Lobby. A valid driver's license or photo ID will be required and kept until the device is returned.
Service Animals: Guide dogs or service animals are permitted inside the arena.

Premium Blue Season Tickets $210
You may purchase premium lower level seating in the blue sections shown on the diagram (between the free throw lines), which includes all of 102 and 109 and parts of section 103, 108, and 110 when you make a $350 per seat contribution to the Rocket Fund. Premium Gold Season Tickets $210
You may purchase premium lower level seating in the gold sections shown on the diagram (from the free throw line to baseline), which includes all of section 101, and parts of 103, 108, 110 when you make a $250 per seat contribution to the Rocket Fund. Premium Purple Season Tickets $180
You may purchase premium lower level seating in sections 107 and 104, which are located on the curve of the lower level when you make a $75 per seat contribution to the Rocket Fund. For more details, contact the Athletic Development Office at 419.530-2510.
Upper East A Season Tickets $180
You may purchase upper east level seating in sections 203, 204, and 205 rows 18 – 35 for $150, with no contribution required.
Men's Ulitmate Fan Plan Tickets $80
Purchase a $65 men's basketball season ticket and receive FREE food, FREE UT gear, and FREE parking. (All rows of sections 202 and 206 and rows 36-46 of sections 203, 204 and 205.)
($32.50 for UT employees for the first two tickets)
Special UT Employee Season Ticket $90 (per ticket)
Full-time faculty and staff members may purchase (2) two season tickets in the premium purple areas which are sections 107 and 104 in the lower bowl. We will waive the normal $75 per seat contribution for these two tickets AND best of all, the ticket price is half off the normal price for these sections. This offer is valid for up to two tickets. Additional seats may be ordered at the normal contribution/ticket price.
UT Employee Season Tickets $105, $90, $40
For those individuals who would rather sit in a different section of the arena (premium Blue and premium Gold- $105, or upper east A $90, or Ultimate Fan Plan $40) we will extend the same price discount to UT employees - up to two tickets at half price. The annual per seat contribution for these areas is not discounted, just the ticket price. Additional seats may be ordered at the normal contribution/ticket price. Varsity 'T' $60
All current, due paying members may purchase up to two (2) season tickets in our purple premium sections 104 and 107 in the lower bowl. We will waive the normal $75 per seat contribution for these two seats AND, best of all, the ticket price is almost one-third of the normal price for these sections. This offer is only valid for up to two tickets (additional seats may be ordered at normal price). For more details contact the Athletic Development Office at 419.530.2510.

Premium Parking
Parking Areas 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 28 are reserved for athletic contributors, sponsors and premium season ticket holders.
General Admission Parking
Season Parking passes for "pay parking areas" may be purchased at the UT ticket office at a cost of $35 for the season. Single game "pay parking" may be purchased upon arrival for $5 per game. Pay parking is availablein the following areas:
Parking Areas 1 & 2, immediately left and right of Bancroft Street entrance into campus.
Parking Areas 19 & 20 to the east of Douglas Road on north and south sides of Oakwood Avenue.
Parking Area 17 near Driscoll Center
The East (ER) and West (WR) parking garages.
Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking is provided for all Rocket fans (with a valid state-issued handicapped parking permit) in Parking Area 18 located east of the Student Recreation Center and Parking Area 4 located off Douglas road. Please enter campus via Oakwood at Douglas and proceed to Parking Area 18. For the convenience of our fans, a shuttle service will provide transportation from your vehicle in parking area 18 to the upper east side of the Savage Arena. This shuttle service will be available beginning one hour before tip-off and will also operate for an hour after the game ends. The normal parking fee of $5 per vehicle will be charged upon entering the lot, or patrons may purchase a general admission-parking pass for the season for $35 at the UT ticket office. Athletic contributor parking passes (for any lot) may also be presented with a valid state-issued handicapped pass in lieu of the $5 parking fee for entry into Parking Area 4 or 18.
